In Saudi Arabia Saudi Arabia women will soon have the right to drive, due to a royal decree issued by King Salman. BBC reports that a royal decree issued on Tuesday, by King Salman ordered that a ministerial body would implement the change by June 2018, following a consultation over the next 30 days. Saudi Arabia is the only country in the world that has forbidden women from driving. Rights groups have campaigned for years to allow women in Saudi Arabia to drive. Some Saudi women have been fined and imprisoned for daring to get behind the wheel. Notable among celebrities that are mourning the award winning country singer is Kenny Rogers, who tweeted: “Sending my sincere and heartfelt prayers to the families & friends of Don Williams’’. A statement by his publicist, Mr. Kirt Webster, said he Don Williams died on Friday after a short illness. Following Thai tradition, each man gave her a generous sum of money — a dowry — at which point she disappeared, the men told police. Prof. Adegboyega Fawole of the University of Ilorin Teaching Hospital (UITH), has warned that Human Papiloma Virus (HPV) has been found in the throat of people engaging in oral sex. Fawole, who is of the Department of Gynaecology, UITH told the News Agency of Nigeria (NAN) in Ilorin on Tuesday that HPV was mostly sexually transmitted. He said that the virus caused almost all cases of cervical cancer and could cause genital warts and anal cancer. “Oral sex has been linked with an increased risk of acquiring HPV infection in the mouth and with an increased risk of developing oral cancers that are caused by HPV. “However, sex in general has also been linked with these risks,” he said.
