BBC reports that a royal decree issued on Tuesday, by King Salman ordered that a ministerial body would implement the change by June 2018, following a consultation over the next 30 days. Saudi Arabia is the only country in the world that has forbidden women from driving. Rights groups have campaigned for years to allow women in Saudi Arabia to drive.
